Items that are part of Coralee's Collective are specifically curated by us for health, eco, ethical, and community criteria.

They are sent directly to you from the Artisan, Manufacturer, or Supplier, under their own terms & conditions for delivery & returns. If you need to instigate a return, please drop a message into our Need Help inbox and we will assist you.

A note on delivery costs: each Collective supplier fulfils their own products independently, which means that a mixed order from more than one supplier will incur a separate delivery charge per supplier. To keep your costs down, we recommend browsing by supplier collection – items from the same supplier will ship together in one delivery. 

The product will show live stock availability from the supplier's own inventory.

Working directly with our Collective reduces wait times for you, cuts packaging waste for the planet, and supports bespoke artisans and courageous makers to get on with doing what they do best.

Much like print-on-demand, we order only what is wanted – please allow a little extra time for delivery on these items. Drop us a message in the chat inbox if you'd like more details; copy and paste the item title and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We can take an Advanced Pre-Order from you and will let you know the expected delivery times as soon as we have them.

If the eventual release price is less than your payment, we will refund the difference.
