Coralee's Emporium's Shipping and Delivery Policy 

Where do we deliver to?

  • In line with our Shop-Local Artisans, Ethical & Planetcare / Eco philosophy - we are only sending Coralee's Emporium IN-HOUSE, Physical products within the United Kingdom.
  • Unless specifically stated, or individually requested, and at our discretion.

Coralee's Emporium -  In-House Processing & Dispatch

  • Currently, Coralee's Emporium IN-HOUSE is processing & dispatching your orders Monday to Friday.
  • Any orders received by us after 3 pm will be processed the next working day.

Coralee's Emporium  - Direct from Supplier (Collective/POD) Processing & Dispatch

  • Collective & P.O.D. DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER products will always be shipped separately from our IN-HOUSE products.
  • Please check the Supplier Direct Delivery Terms via their Brand Page link on the product page - If you need to know their specifics of their processing & dispatch times.  

Delivery Times

Delivery costs & times are specific to the items ordered and will vary.
i.e. IN-STOCK / ON DEMAND / PRINT-ON-DEMAND / CUSTOM MADE / DIRECT FROM SUPPLIER 

Please be sure you are aware of, and completely happy with, your end-of-order shipping times and costs at checkout before you go ahead with your order.

  • Coralee's Emporium IN-HOUSE on the shelf, STANDARD DELIVERY is by Royal Mail Tracked. You can choose 24 hr and 48 hr - We have no control over Royal Mail delivery times, should they deviate from their usual services.
  • Please note that our Standard Delivery is NOT an express delivery service. If you would like this, please ask in the CHAT INBOX. We should be able to help.

  • P.O.D. products are direct from the manufacturer. Items have specific rates charged for their delivery based on the chosen product type, weight and size of the products, and your location. These are set by the P.O.D. Manufacturer & sent directly.

  • Custom - Where a product is personalised, bespoke, and made-to-order, please allow up to 28 days as standard, from our receipt of your order to dispatch. i.e. allow plenty of time, especially for GIFT GIVING during Seasonal rush times. Delivery is additional to the Manufacturing time. We will keep you informed of progress. 
  • Order Tracking: Where tracking is provided by a delivery carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information when we have it.  

  • Pre-Orders: We will fulfil your order as soon as the items are available from the manufacturers/suppliers. We will advise you when this happens.

  • Back Orders: If an item goes to backorder, we will give you the choice of delivering part of your order that is in stock or waiting for your complete order until we deliver all items together. 

 

Free Delivery

  • We are sorry to inform you that, for now, we have had to cut our FREE DELIVERY services due to the economic situation. We'll be monitoring this situation and will inform our customers of any offers via our newsletters. Sign up to stay in touch.

 

Chance to edit your orders before payment

  • Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of delivery will be, and you will have a chance to amend or cancel your order. 
  • Delivery costs and dispatch times on all non-standard, heavy, valuable and perishable items will vary.  But there will be no surprises - what is given at the Checkout is what you will pay.

  • Digital online payments are made via our Shopify E-Commerce Providers. Your financial information is securely encrypted and not available to Coralee. Our service providers' fees are included in the product or service price you are purchasing, so there will be no unexpected extra costs. 


N.B. We reserve the right to change these rates & terms at any time.
We cannot be held responsible for sudden changes to border, excise & duties, due to the Government changes. We will do our best to share details as we know them.

Ownership

  • All products ordered remain the property of Coralee Partnership or the Direct Supplier until full payment has been received.
