Description

Looking for a sponge that can handle the toughest of messes but is still kind to the planet?

Composty's Loofah Scourer is specially crafted from natural cellulose sponge, loofah scourer and organic cotton – no glue, no plastic – to give you an enhanced clean that traditional kitchen sponges simply can't match.

Tough and textured on dirt and stains, yet gentle on your cookware. Plastic-free, fully compostable, and the packaging too. With the right care, they last 1–2 months – and when the time comes, simply pop them in your compost bin.

▸ Why you'll love it

Tough & non-scratch – designed to handle anything you throw at them, without scratching your cookware.

Plastic-free & compostable – love your planet with every scrub.

Long-lasting – sustainable cleaning without sacrificing quality or performance.

Nasty-free – clean your dishes with a healthy conscience.

▸ Materials & care

Made from 100% natural cellulose (wood pulp) and sustainably grown loofah, joined with organic cotton – not glue.

Store in a dry place until ready to use. Pop in the washing machine or dishwasher to freshen and prolong their life – 30 degrees is plenty.

Designed in the UK and made ethically in our audited factory in China.

▸ Planet-saving superpowers

The Scrubbing Hero – the loofah's tough, textured surface conquers any cleaning challenge, leaving surfaces and dishes spotless.

Eco Compostable Crusader – plastic-free and fully compostable – packaging too. From cleaning dishes to enriching your garden.

Marine Life Protector – no plastic means no microplastics polluting our oceans or harming aquatic life.

Planet Preserver – as part of our Composty Cares promise, we donate 1% of all revenue to charities that preserve, protect, and repair the environment.
