Organic Carrier Oil - Grapeseed

– Safe to use from 1% up to 100% in your recipes.

– Being oil-soluble, it cannot be used in water-only products and should be combined with other oils.

– Heat stable, so it can be used from the beginning stage of your recipe. It also has a long shelf life, ideal for carrier oils.

– As an emollient, it keeps moisture locked into the skin and gives good nutrition to a massage oil blend. The slip and glide will be improved by adding 10% of a heavier oil like castor oil or jojoba to slow down the penetration during massage.

– Adding an Omega 3-rich oil like rosehip seed or chia seed oils will give a very balanced fatty-acid profile that will make a noticeable difference to skin quality.

– In small amounts, it can be used neat on the hair to help seal in moisture. Scrunch in gently while still damp.
