Description

Inci: Anthemis nobilis Flower Oil

A sweet, floral-scented oil with a slight apple-like fragrance.

A light to clear, mobile liquid with a light blue to green colour obtained from steam distillation of the dried flower heads of the Roman Chamomile plant.

▸ How to Use It

Skin Care

– Can be used on irritated skin, such as nappy rash.

– It is one of the few oils that is safe to use on a baby in small amounts.

– Excellent in gardeners' hand creams to nourish chapped skin and hands that are prone to chilblains.

– Use in after-sun gels.

– Great in a foot cream.

Hair Care

– It is used in shampoos, and it is okay to use in those with hairline psoriasis and an irritated scalp.

Other

– Use in baths as a wonderfully relaxing way to get ready for sleep. Just a couple of drops on the pillow will also work well.

– Use as part of an insecticide blend.

– None, but do not use in excess during pregnancy.
