Doves Farm Organic Wholemeal Spelt Flour – Sweet, Nutty & Wonderfully Versatile

Stoneground from organic spelt wheat – an ancient grain grown since Roman times and an ancestor of modern wheat – this wholemeal flour has a delicious sweet and nutty flavour that makes everything taste a little more special. Versatile and easy to use: excellent for scones, cakes, pancakes, pastry, bread, and sauce making.

Free from milk, peanuts, egg, soya, palm oil, GM ingredients, and artificial ingredients. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
