You can do all the exercises, described in the book, by yourself. It is, also, lots of fun and beneficial to do them together in a group.
Parents and teachers are urged to participate, both as encouragement and as an example.
N.B. This is an action book; there is no benefit in just reading it and storing it on your book shelf.
