Description

Stoneground from organic whole grain this 100% rye flour is naturally low in gluten, producing close textured bread and cakes with a pleasing continental flavour.


Baking with Wholemeal Rye Flour
Rye flour is low in gluten and typically produces a slightly sticky bread dough and loaves with a close crumb structure and full bodied flavour. It is often combined with strong bread flour for lighter loaves.

A distinctively tangy stoneground ancient grain flour for making close-textured breads, cakes and biscuits.

     

    This product is Soil Association and Kosher certified. 

      Ingredients: Organic rye

      Milled in the UK with EU & Non-EU rye.

      Allergens: Contains rye.

       

      May contain traces of barley, wheat.

      Storage: Store in a cool, dry, dark place in an airtight container.
